Faina Milman-Sivan
Dr. Faina Milman-Sivan is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the University of Haifa, where she previously served as Associate Dean for Teaching and currently serves as the Head of the Global Law Program. Her research and publications focus on a critical analysis of international labor law from the perspective of theories of global justice, on workers’ rights in global supply chains, as well as on collective labor law and the legal aspects of prison labor and the privatization of this sphere in Israel and worldwide. In these fields, she has received several research grants, including from the ISF, GIF Young, and others.
