Dr. Noam Tarshish is a lecturer at the School of Social Work at the University of Haifa. His research areas include the welfare state in Israel and globally, the impact of policy on human well-being, the subjective experience of social policy, rights realization, and the relationships between policy, service recipients, and social workers.
