Eli Cook
Dr. Eli Cook is a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of General History at the University of Haifa. He is a historian of American capitalism and modern economic thought. His book, The Pricing of Progress, published by Harvard University Press in 2017, received two major international awards for best book in the history of ideas. His current research project is a forthcoming book with Penguin Random House on the history of “choice architects” and their impact on society.
