Sebastián Klor

Born in Cordoba, Argentina, he earned a B.A. in General History and General Humanities Studies and an M.A. from the Harman Institute of Contemporary Jewry at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Sebastian completed his PhD at the University of Haifa. Between 2013-2015 he was a postdoctoral fellow at the Schusterman Center for Jewish Studies at the University of Texas at Austin. During his postdoctoral fellow he wrote his book “Between Exile and Exodus: Argentinian Jewish Immigration to Israel, 1948-1967” edited and published by Wayne State University Press in Detroit. Today, he is lecturer at the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies at Haifa University. Among his research interests are: Jewish Immigration, Israeli Society and Latin American Jewry.
