Efrat Shadmi
Prof. Efrat Shadmi is a faculty member at the Cheryl Spencer Department of Nursing at the Faculty for Social Welfare and Health Sciences. She received her doctoral degree from the Department of Health Policy and Management, the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, USA. Her research focuses on methods to better understand the distribution of morbidity and multimorbidity among population groups, evaluating interventions for improving integration of care in multimorbid populations and on equitable health care delivery, that addresses the social determinants of health, and its outcomes. Prof. Shadmi serves as the Co-editor in chief of the International Journal for Equity in Health and is a senior researcher and policy consultant to the Department of Health Policy Planning at Clalit Health Services.
