Adi Sapir
Adi Sapir is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Education at the University of Haifa. She received her Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Tel Aviv University and did her post-doctoral studies at the Hebrew University and at the University of Cambridge. Adi’s research interests lie at the intersection of the Sociology of Education, Organization Studies and Historical Sociology. In recent years her studies have focused on the theme equal access to and participation of students from historically underrepresented groups in higher education.
